Help I'm freaking out

So I am 8 weeks pregnant and just found out Wednesday that I'm having twins YAY!! But last night I woke up around 9:30pm to LOTS of brown discharge in my underwear so I went to the bathroom and when I say on the toilet a bunch more came out. It freaked me out and it was light brown but there was a lot of it and my doctor office is closed the last Friday of the month and I'm freaking out cause I'm thinking worst case scenario that I lost one of my babies but it was only that once and I haven't seen anymore since then. If anyone has ever had this or knows what's going on please help
