What do you ladies do when you throw up a little while after you've taken your prenatal? I know it's not the vitamins that are making me sick, its just my nausea towards everything. Would you take another one?

My doctor told me to take them at night before bed to help with nausea and if that didn't help to stop taking them and take children's gummy vitamins until the sickness goes away

If you throw up within 20-30 minutes of taking it you should take again, takes about 40 min to an hour to absorb all nutrients from a tablet.
