In need of assistance

Of course the doctors office is closed when I need them! I was on 30 days of provera due to really thick uterine lining ended on Wednesday and I was bleeding the last 2 weeks. Thursday I had moderate flow and heavy flow today. This is going to be my first round of clomid and I don't know if I should count yesterday as day 1 or today as day 1?
