BFP!!

Leslie

My husband and I have had a long, hard journey to get here. It started with a surgical removal of an IUD in February 2014, then on to an ectopic pregnancy in November 2015, then round after round of fertility drugs.

Our last round began at the end of May and went in to the first of this month. I had done a trigger shot just as we had with previous rounds. And as with previous rounds, I decided to test out the trigger. The last time I did this, the FRER was negative at 11 days post trigger, 10 dpo. I started testing on 9dpt, expecting the lines to get lighter every day. And they did. Until 12 dpt. The second line was faint, but definitely there for two more days. Then it started getting darker. And darker. And darker.

Finally, on Tuesday the 21, I felt confident enough to tell my husband. I used a left over Father's day card, two onsies, and the tests. He cried. I cried. It was absolutely beautiful.

Thursday, at 4+1, the hCG was 214 and progesterone 39. Over two years on this journey, and we have finally received our blessing from God. He is so good!
