Soo is the draft is coming back?

Today my grandma told me the draft was coming back and now they're going to be taking men and women because of equal rights? I said wow they can't draft me though right because I just had a baby and she said that didn't matter.. I also kept seeing post on Twitter and Facebook how if any girls got drafted they would just get pregnant so they wouldn't have to go.  What do you guys think should women with children be allowed to get drafted? What happens to the children ?

The draft is not returning. The law means that IF the draft returns, women can be drafted. There is no current need

The draft never went away just not been activated in a very long time and probably won't be cause there are waiting lists for ppl to enlist. So no worries. Specially with the two lump heads we are a out to have in office. One hates military and the other will just bankrupt us

No the draft is not coming back. Currently they are trying to find stupid reasons to discharge people because they are over staffed. At least for the Air Force.

Um. If men with children get drafted then women with children should be drafted as well. Personally, I don't think anyone should ever be drafted but if it's going to happen, it absolutely should be equal. The draft is not returning any time soon tho. There is no need for it.

There's no need for the draft to "come back" at this moment, but even if there was I CANT IMAGINE they could force people (cough cough- women) to fight. 
I would actually kill myself before I'd be willing to kill (or assist in killing) anyone else. Not because I'm a little princess who can't get her hands dirty, but because it goes against every fiber in my being. 
Also, your eyes have to be perfect, you can't have athsma, you can't have had surgery recently... There's a whole list of qualifications, most of us would be disqualified anyway.

You're grandmother is wrong. The draft is not returning. Before, women weren't drafted because we weren't allowed in combat rolls. But we are allowed in combat rolls so if there was a draft, they would draft women.
