Prenatals everyday?

Is anyone here actually NOT taking their prenatal pills everyday? I haven't because they make me so sick and I take them at night. Is that a bad thing? I can't wait until my appt on the 10th to ask my dr questions!

I take my prenatal vitamins at night right before bed...don't think there's anything wrong with that. As long as you take them right?

Have you tried the doctors prescribed prenatals? In Canada they come in 2 doses, one for am and pm, apparently this helps with nausea.

While I was pregnant I stopped taking them at 7 weeks and my baby came out fine

Gummy prenatals!! They're the best. I couldn't take the normal ones either, way before I got pregnant. They made me so sick. I've been taking the gummy ones for a couple months now and they don't make me sick at all :)

I take them every night too. Had to switch to nights because they were making me sick in the day. Are you taking anythjng with them or on an empty stomach? You may find that takig them with a small snack will help with the nausea. Good luck!!

I take one a day prenatals with or right after my dinner - so far no problems at all!

They sell prenatal gummies now in a lot of stores. That's what I take. The regular ones also make me sick. The smell, the feel, the size...ugh!

It is very important to take them everyday! But certain ones will def make you sick as a dog! I was told with my second that I could eat 2 children's chewie gummies. I also found chewie prenatals this time. Children's chewies shouldn't make you sick at all.. Some people can't handle the high dose of vitamins. If you can't afford to buy chewable a right now, at least take them every other day. (Untill doc tells you other)

Try and eat the gummie prenatals. I was taking the pill ones and I would end up getting sick. I switched to gummies and I also take an extra folic acid pill every day along with an iron pill.
