What can I do?  I've stopped pumping and breastfeeding bc I just can't do it. Plus I have mastitis and made the decision to not breastfeed. But every night I have been waking up soaked.  Last night it was 3 different times. I'm wearing a tight sports bra and no stimulation to the breasts. I've got to get some good sleep and waking up like this is terrible. My hubby and mil kept the baby while I tried to catch up on sleep but waking every 3 hrs is not working. What can I do???
