Food Aversions
I have been a pretty healthy eater for the last couple of years. After having lost over 30lbs I was pretty strict with my whole grains, veggies, salads and fruits but I cannot seem to tolerate the above anymore. I can eat some flavorful fruits like pineapples and mangoes but that is all for healthy foods. I cant help and feel so guilty because all i want are the greasy fatty foods. Anything else i'm vomiting or getting nauseas. So hoping that the second semester I can be better again. This has me really sad....
