What would you do?

If the country where you live took away the freedom of speech do to the affects of mental abuse , because we all know mental abuse(better known as silent ,subtle, discreet abuse) is just as bad as any form of domestic violence and should also be delt  with as well. Because words have more power then we think. Would you be willing to clean up your snobby sarcasm taunts and sneer remarks (for an example) just to live in your own country?

I don't really get this.... What does freedom of speech have to do with mentally abiding someone?

I personally wouldn't but I also don't go around telling people they're worthless and that they will never amount to anything, that their lifelong job will be to be in the kitchen cleaning and that education will get me nowhere(what my step father did). And do you know what his years of emotional abuse did to me? It put me through school and I got my bachelors degree at the age of 21, and I make more money in one paycheck than he does in a month. I don't rely on anyone for anything and I can stand on my own two feet. I'm not the nicest person at times but I feel like you should never let someone else dictate how you feel about yourself. Like I say about teen pregnancy, it's not about the cards you are dealt, it's about what you do with them.

Hey, no way.
I stand for right and freedom for people and especially when its about abuse i stand that we should expose every single abuse wich people goes throw.As i am Shia muslim and some mau think that its impossible but in reality, my path not the other sect wich i believe insults badly women that she doesnt have any rights. And they stand behind people who runed the world wich i call to be dictator people and cursed people who killed innocent people took peoples freedom of speech away. And these days we stand against such an act and we expose them. I would stay in my country as much as i can but would not stop using my freedom of speech and if it would be harming my health by staying such as ending up in abuse i would leave the country. We go through this currently, for example Iran doesnt have freedom of choise nor Saudi-Arabia and many more. .
