When did you O on letrozole?

Question

I'm currently on cd 13 after 7.5mg of letrozole cd3-7. 
I had a follicle check yesterday (cd12) and had a 8mmx11mm follicle (so the u/s tech said it was only a 9mm because they average the two numbers) and only a 3mm lining so my doctor isn't feeling too positive about this cycle. And neither am I.

Last cycle we had to cancel because I didn't respond to 100mg of clomid at all, and I'm worried about the same with letrozole. 😔 
My body won't even respond to fertility medications to make me ovulate so we can even attempt our iui. :( 
I have a trigger shot sitting in my fridge waiting to be used but I can't get large enough follies. :(

And if this cycle doesn't work, then hubby and I decided to take a break for a while. 😔

I ovulated cd16 so I was a late bloomer

I always ovulate late I have very long cycles I didn't until day 32

Some people o later on Gemara and some earlier .  I would not worry yet ! 
But if you don't ovulate in oral medications you most likely will on injectables !  Don't lose hope ! I've heard of so many that didn't respond and just needed a little bit more potent hormones than the oral medicines . I'm on Femara and only produced one follicle  which decreases chance that iui will be effective so I may ask for injectables next if this doesn't work !
