Probably not pregnant but a possibility?

I had sex on the ninth this month but I wouldn't really count it as sex? He only went in and out like I want to say 4 times(someone walked in) and we wore a condom but I should have started on the 15th and I have some back cramps and tender breast and acne all signs of my period
