I keep having brownish discharge but no period?

I'm ttc and I'm hoping what I'm getting is implantation on Wednesday I had light light red blood and till now I keep having this light brown discharge when I wipe. Usually my period would come right away but so far nothing. I'm not trying to get my hopes up but I'm going to test in a week if nothing comes. Nervous but hoping any of you ladies discovered this before?
