Contractions?

Question

This is my 2nd baby, my oldest is 6 now and I'm due august 17. The last few days I've been having this crampy feeling like minstrel cramps and a pressure on my tailbone, almost like I have to poop but I dont, with my oldest I had back labor so I didn't feel anything upfront. Are these Braxton Hixson or actual contractions?

I feel a little dumb so please nice comments

I'd go to L&D to get monitored over that or call your doc if they're open.

They aren't like the Braxton hicks I have experienced but we just took a birth class. I found out everyone's Braxton hicks are just a little different. I would play it safe and call your doctors office.  Better safe than sorry.  :)

That doesn't sound like the Braxton hicks I've been having or read about. I would ask your doctor.
