Please help me. My pediatrician is not open today. This was my sons last poop. Which is not what it has been.

Put a tbsp of Karo syrup in a bottle for him with either breast milk or formula

That is DEFINETLY constipation my daughter had the same thing at 2weeks. If your baby is having a hard time pooping you can do what I was told by our pediatrician and get an enema one should do the trick. My daughter had constipation due to being lactose intolerant didn't find that out till she was a year old though.

Is your baby formula fed or breastfed? Has your baby been introduced to solids? Either way, your baby is constipated. You could add 1oz of prune juice to a 4 ounce bottle. That should help get things moving for now. If your baby is on formula, try switching brands. If breastfed, maybe try and encourage eating more often (not sure though. My breastfed baby never had this problem). If older than 6 months and on solids, you can offer a couple of oz of water a day. If on solids, off things like prunes, pears, peaches, etc to help keep things moving.
