It's best to take a break, not do it every day. Try a couple days before fertile time and like day of start fertility and maybe day of ovulation. I hope you get your baby. And try to relax, the stress of ttc can hinder the process.

How did your BBT readings and egg white CM line up with the fertile window in the calendar you posted? Because mine were not lining up - algorithm doesn't seem right and maybe you were having lots of sex but 2-3 days too early or late. If you took the Pill recently you might be ovulating at the tail end of that green window.  Maybe try putting your data into another app called Ovia and see if the fertile windows match or how your temp and CM correlate to the other things.  Mine looked like below.  Bottom line - temp spiked way later, and not much CM the whole cycle.  I think I ovulated later than Glow or Ovia predicted and had only a short window to get and stay pregnant.

In the same boat with you today.  Trying to find the silver lining -- if my body's not ready, best not to get pregnant and risk a miscarriage/unhealthy pregnancy.  Did you recently stop hormonal contraceptives? Coming off of the Pill, it takes a while for your fertile CM cells and uterine lining to recover, and for your cycle to normalize so your body is the right temperature and pH to carry a pregnancy.

Been reading up today - to summarize what resonated with me:

GET HEALTHY
-Eat a diet heavy in omega-3s, L-argynine and DHA - fish, flax, nuts, etc.  This website has a good list of foods to target: http://healthyeating.sfgate.com/list-healthy-foods-breastfeeding-moms-5470.html
Lots of fruits and veggies, whole grain, and lean protein are also important.

-Consider a probiotic supplement or eat more probiotic foods to improve overall health (lactobacillus is included in FertilAid supplement, for example)

-Drink lots of water to encourage fluid CM.  Some people swear by grapefruit juice, but there's not much supporting scientific evidence.

-Reduce caffeine and other diuretics, both for CM and for safety in case you get pregnant.

-Exercise regularly - improves blood flow and overall health

-Look @supplements like evening primrose oil, red clover bud/leaf, fish oil https://labdoor.com/rankings/fish-oil

TIME IT RIGHT

-Track BBT.  You ovulate 12-24 hrs. before a spike in temp.  BBT may actually dip on the day/day before ovulation.
-The number of fertile days may be shortened for months after stopping the Pill. 
-Track CM - egg white = key
