Why do pregnancy symptoms and menstrual symptoms have to be so similar. Lol why is are body so confusing

Since may 19 I had my iud removed. .. I've been having unprotected sex. I had my period on may 29. We had sex every day of my fertile week. My period is due July 4th . I've took a couple test all negative but I just asked Google lmao and I'm testing to early. I'm having symptoms buy hell idk if there are period cramps or my egg implanting. Sore boobs been sick to my stomach sleeping alot. Ugh I'm not a patient person I need answers lol NOW not later
