So I just got hired for a new job Thursday. I start on the fifth. I will most likely be working from 8-5 M-F. I am currently EBF on demand and my daughter almost nurses ALL DAY. I forgot to tell/ask about pumping at work during the day. I get nervous that I may be extremely engorged if I wait for my lunch break. I was told we are in a short staffed section that has The most workload of the office, I know that legally they must provide a room for pumping during my day, but I am nervous about bringing it up. What are some ways that you brought it up? Or if you have gone back about how often are you pumping? Are you able to make it to your lunch break without any issues?
