BFN 3 days after missed AF still 18 days late

When should I test again? My AF is late by 18 days. Tested and got a BFN 3 days after missed period. My periods are usually pretty regular. Maybe 4 days give or take. But 18?! And no signs of AF any time soon. I can always tell when she's coming. And nothing! Maybe it's in my head but I've had a ton of early pregnancy symptoms. Just don't wanna get my hopes up 😔
