Makeup Advice PLEASE
Okay so I'm almost 19 and I've never really done makeup. At most I'd do a little mascara and a littl eyeliner. Recently I've been wanting to learn. Ladies, where do you get your makeup, what brushes should I get? What do I do?! ANY advice will help. How should I apply? How do I know it's the right color foundation for me? HELLPPP
