FTM and almost 10 weeks along with twins.  At my 1st OB appt at 6 weeks, the OB did a pelvic with a swab for bacteria and yeast.  Two weeks later, the screen came back positive for a yeast infection.  The doctor prescribed me a 3 day treatment and insisted that I take it even though I told him that I didn't feel like I had a yeast infection at all.  (I get yeast infections and BV somewhat often so I am familiar with the symptoms).  Anyways, I'm now 3 days post medicine treatment, and NOW I feel like I have a yeast or bacterial infection!!  Anyone else experience anything similar??  I think I'm going to call the OB on Monday...
