Help!!!

Hello all i had an ectopic pregnancy back in March and i have been so desperate to concieve again but i have not as of yet today i got my period which means another month of hoping and wishing i can get pregnant again anyone have any tips or suggestion or has anyone ever been throught this this is the hardest thing i have experienced i would have been 19 weeks tomorrow and it just kills me everyday
