6 weeks wrong food?

I just ate spaghettios and they went right through me I have diarrhea and I'm sweating like crazy

Food Adverisons. Morning (all day) sickness! It happens!

Could be the stomach bug. I had it at 16 weeks. Awful! Rest. Try to get fluids. If you can't, go to the hospital. I was seriously dehydrated from vomiting by the time I got to the hospital and they had to give me several bags of IV fluids.

Sounds like you're sick sick and nothing to do with pregnancy. I prefer pedialyte to Gatorade when I have the stomach flu. Cut it with water. Feel better!
