I am 9 weeks 3 days and I started spotting bright red blood this morning. My lower back hurts too. I did have an ultrasound 2 weeks ago and everything was fine. My first pregnancy ended in a missed miscarriage, went on to have 2 successful pregnancies. I am super scared this one will end in a miscarriage. Calling my dr in the morning to hopefully get in sooner than my July 7th appt. I could use thoughts, prayers and positive thoughts.
