Could I get a vibrator in Ann Summers even if I'm not 18 yet? I'm not even sure if I have to be 18 to go in there. I live in the UK and I'll be 18 in 2 months.

When buying sex toys they're supposed to ask for ID. Any store that sells sex toys or related products are supposed to be restricted until you're 18. I know any sex shop I've been in I've been asked for ID (both in Canada and the US). But you should be able to order a vibrator online without any issues.

I go in Ann Summers a lot with my mum and sister, the workers in there never have a problem with us looking at the "toy section", they even offer us help. I've never personally brought anything but they will probably ask for ID if they think you're not 18...I'm not sure...
