Severe cramps

Not sure why I'm having these cramps. Last Saturday I got a little too drunk (totally not my typical self) & ended up smoking and doing coke. So not a fan and I don't see how people do this. Anyways I started my period Monday so I figured all the cramps was from pms, during my period and now my period is ending and it seems to have gotten worse. I hardly have an appetite. When I do eat the severe cramps occur, sometimes so bad I can't move. I literally feel like I'm dying. I'm also constipated and can't pass gas. I get chills sometimes and my stomach is swollen and really tight feeling.
