Has anybody else had SPD with a natural birth and not had problems with their pelvis afterwards or would they recommend having a c-section?? I'm a first time mum and I'm so confused about what would be the best option for me and my baby. I don't want to cause myself any permanent damage from having a natural birth but I'm worried about the recovery from having a c-section 😩 my head is all over the place about it and I just want some friendly advice from someone whose been there and has some experience with it all.
