Somebody help

I'm 20 with 2 children my son is 4 my daughter is two I've just found out I'm pregnant again !!!!! I'm really confused on what to do I booked to do an abortion I went but after taking a scan they couldn't find the baby and said it could be ectopic or maybe pregnancy is still far to early so now that makes me feel like I'm not ment to have an abortion HELP???!!! What do I do
