Have you ever ghosted someone?

"Ghosting" someone is basically leaving no trace of yourself in their life, like blocking them on everything, never talking to them, you're going ghost.

I have but because he wouldnt stop trying to talk to me after i told him that i was pregnant and engaged.. He would pretty much stalked me. So i blocked him off everything and even changed my number.  It was annoying. And causing issues for my s.o and me. So i deleted the problem from my life.

I had to ghosted my first love and trust me it was the most hardest thing. He was the first I lost it to. It broke my heart but it was damaging me just being friends with him. It's like being friends with someone that kidnapped you. It was not going to work. I had to move on cause I wanted him to love me. I'm in a happy relationship expecting my first child with my second bf of 5 years.

What if it's someone you never met? I did online dating and I was talking to this guy. We agreed to meet so I started what I called my investigation on him. I'm extremely good at finding info about people online. So he told me his full name so no fb no nothing which was odd. He had a picture of him running in one of those mud races so I looked up his tag number. Found his real last name. Looked him up, he was arrested for rape a few years earlier but he was in the military so I couldn't find anything about the results of what happened. Blocked everything. Fell off the face of the earth. Screw that guy. I even wrote to the dating site to tell them. Never heard back from them though.

I think it's gross and rude. There are definitely people I've tried to date, but I wasn't into them so either I scheduled a meeting with them or I called them and said "Hey, I no longer wish to pursue you romantically and it would be a waste of both of our time for you to contact me anymore. Thank you for the experience." Now, if they continued to contact me anyway, I don't consider it ghosting that I never replied.
