Possible pregnancy?

I haven't had a "real" period since the end of March..i just get spotting for a couple days every month and all i need is just use a pantyliner. I have tested several times..all result In negative..i don't have insurance to go get a blood test or see a doctor..could i be pregnant? Has anyone had this experience before finding out that you were pregnant?
