Can we make formula and feed our baby and then put the rest of it when done into the fridge?

If the baby drank half his bottle and you put it right in the fridge why is it no good? It being in the bottle doesn't make it bad. The baby is the only one that touched the nipple and it wasn't sitting out for hours. I would like to hear a valid reason why it suddenly makes it spoiled.

After it hits baby's mouth, no. It can cause bacteria to grow. You can make it in a pitcher and store for 24 hours, then pour into individual bottles.

No. You have to discard what is not used during the feeding. If you're premaking bottles that's fine to make them and put them in the fridge.
