Late clomid /early pms or early pregnancy ??

Hello all! I'm posting this in hopes of anyone with any insights . This might sound silly but it's driving me crazy . i took clomid day5-9 and then got a +ovulation on 20 June . IUI was done (no trigger shot ) on the 21 . Although I did BD on June 18 and 19 . I know it's super early but I've been having these crazy pms like symptoms - extreme exhaustion , tender sore nipples ,body aches - basically I feel sick! I usually have these same pms symptoms 3-5 days before AF but this has started right after O . I'm on cd22 . Is this just a late side effect of clomid ?

I went through this for my may iui. And honestly had every symptom just to get my period. I'm in my 2 week wait now and I don't feel anything . So I don't believe it's the clomid all the way. I think it's just our hormones and bodies trying to adjust to what we're doing to it. I test on the 30th and sadly feel I'm going to be upset yet again. I wish you the best and hope you get your BFP
