What helps sore swollen feet?
For the last 5 days I have been on my feet all day long. I work 2 jobs where I do a lot of standing and power walking around. Tonight my feet are extremely sore and a little swollen? What can I do to help it? I can barley squeeze my feet into my shoes tonight and I'm worried about my feet tomorrow at work.
