Baby book maiden names?

I'm starting my baby's baby book and am not sure how to fill out the family tree. Do I use maiden names or married names? It goes to great grandparents.

Maiden. :) you just say the married.

I'd use both as no everyone takes their partners name and it's not always clear when someone is defect Vs married to someone else. The way I do family trees at work is to put the married name and then the maiden name in brackets.
