So i'm 13 weeks today with my second baby, I took one HPT which showed positive when I was around 6 weeks, I then went and booked an appointment and they just did a general check up, took blood and urine, but no ultrasound... and called me back July 11th, so again no symptoms, and I am a little overweight, but with my first if I felt around I could feel my growing bump but this time around I just can't feel anything, starting to think if i'm really pregnant or it's something else? ... thoughts anyone?
