I just had my daughter June 15 2016...

Just wondering... Been bleeding off and on since... Extremely lightly...

When do I start tracking my period again ? Would that be in July ? I will know for sure when that is a period.

I bled for 2 days after having her and then spotted for 5 days and have been going back and forth between a light bleed and spotting since she has been a week old (she is now 12 days)

Just trying to remember when it's considered a period versus post-birth grossness lol.
