Glow is usually spot on when it says the day my cycle will start. It either starts the day of or one day prior. This month, I had very light spotting (only in the morning) two days during ovulation. I experienced light nausea and cramping once. This was 11 days before my cycle was due. I was supposed to start on June 19th and still nothing. I went to the doctor last Wednesday for the spotting. During my visit she gave a pregnancy test since I was a few days late and it came back negative. I still haven't started and it's been over a week, should I be concerned at all? The OB scheduled me for an ultrasound on Wednesday to check for cysts.
