Implantation bleeding!?!?

Not sure when or if I ovulated (I have PCOS), but my fertility monitor showed "high fertility" for a stretch of 19 days ending about 8-10 days ago. I had light brown spotting with a small tinge of bright red/pink that lasted for two days, about 2 days ago. Glow says my period should start July 1. Could this be IB?

I had this same issue in the beginning of the month. I had two days of spotting brown and very faint pink. My period was due five days later but never came so I took a test and it was negative. So now I have been spotting for the last two weeks and still no heavy flow. I'm going to lose my mind. 😁
