Pelvic and abdominal soreness - normal?
Hey gals!
Woke up this morning - after a full night of getting up to pee constantly (yikes) - with some lower back, pelvic, & lower abdomen soreness. Feels almost like I did crunches or something. Is this unusual? Can anyone relate? Thanks!! :-)
