I really wanted to have my husband and I wait until birth to find out the gender of our 2nd baby. However he absolutely hates the idea and says he has to find out. Either I need to bring home the gender written down or he will call my doctor and ask. I'm worried I will end up figuring it out at some point from him if he knows and I don't. For example when we pick the possible names, buy baby items, or just talk about the baby in general. What if he accidentally says he or she? I tried to come up with another idea where we can all find out together at a gender reveal party. He said he has to be the first to know so if I want to do the party he has to still find out before the party, AND he refuses to go to the party no matter how few people are invited. He said he doesn't need to go to every party for the baby. ? I'm seriously confused about what to do. He said he doesn't care what I do but he's not doing a party and he's gonna find out as soon as possible. What would you do? Should I trust him to not accidentally spill the beans? Should I do a party without him so that way he only has to keep it a secret for a few days after the ultrasound and finding out will still be special? He said we are never going to have another baby so this is my last chance to make this decision. Idk what to do!!
