Cramps
What do y'all do to get rid of cramps!?!?! I just started and the cramps are so bad that I'm in bed yet again. It seems that every period I'm either in bed or something because the first day the cramps are hell! Please help I haven't found a way to reduce them even medicine doesn't really help
