Has anyone had a c-section and the pain/numbing medicine not work? Looks like I will be scheduling a c-section, but I have had many times in my life the meds don't work. That's the only part that makes me nervous. I have had chest surgery before woke up on the OR table, doctors freaked out. Tonsil surgery woke up on the OR table and meds didn't work. Medicine for having my wisdom teeth out, didn't work felt everything. Numbing for my thyroid biopsies didn't work felt everything. Some of my experiences has been like living through the movie "Saw".   I was just wondering if anyone has had issues with the c-section meds. I have a very high pain tolerance but this makes me nervous.
