Ok so according to my glow chart i ovulated on the 23rd, i didnt take any opks this month. Yesterday i was been feeling off. And for last hours i was randomly feeling light cramping/twinging on the left side of my uterus. While doing the bd last night, (tmi sorry) every time hubby went in the left side hurt. Even when he was gentle. And its still twinging today. Help!!!
