Cloth because they are reusable, save money and save our environment from regular diapers ending up in land fills.

Both. You can save hundreds an cloth. A little more upfront but saving a ton more overall. Just some extra washing every few days. Also, less likely to get diaper rash and blow outs with cloth.

We are planning i'm using cloth most of the time, but if were gone all day or at somebody's house or something, then we will use disposables.

My sister used cloth for a few months but ,when they went out anywhere or went on a overnighter somewhere they had to carry the poopy,pee cloth diapers around until they could wash them verses just tossing them out,so if you think you will be home alot and won't be taking day trips or so forth then cloth would be great,but she eventually found it was easier just to use disposable.But everyone is different!!There is no right or wrong diaper.

I'm into convenience over anything 😁 I wish I was more into the idea of cloth diapers, but I can honestly say that I don't have the patience or general willingness to deal with it. My grandma was just in town and we were talking about when my mom and her siblings were babies in the 60s and Pampers came out. They weren't in her city, but her aunt had them in her city and would send them to my grandma. After 5 kids, she said she couldn't believe how amazing Pampers were and says how lucky we are nowadays to have disposables. 😂 I totally get that they are a disaster for our environment, but... If there's an option, I'm going for the easier route 😬
