I am a nursing student and I see women with them a lot. It's very uncomfortable for some. You can use the creams but if that is not helping and you are truly worried about it please see your dr. Nothing to be nervous about when you go it can happen to anyone!

They have creams you can put on them to relieve some of the discomfort. Hemorrhoids are ruptured blood vessels. You get them from straining too hard to poop. Or if you've had severe diarrhea for a couple days
