Walking question. Kinda annoyed
So I was told walking won't help me lose or maintain weight, is that true? Because I walk all the time ! Trying to keep myself real active to help with the weight gain. I don't push myself as I am 33 weeks pregnant. I don't really want to lose the weight I walk just to keep myself going. I usually do 30 mins walks outside. Or if I can't walk outside for some reason I do 10 mins on elliptical, 10 mins on treadmill.
