Pregnant with period?

So my period lasted 4 days a lot lighter then usual but still red. And this morning I woke up and through up so on a whim I decided to take a test and I got a faint positive but definitely there. Took two more later on in the day and again positive. I don't really know what to think...?

You can bleed in early pregnancy or through your whole pregnancy I did with all 3 of my daughters and they are healthy and bossy 👍 but keep testing to make sure the lines are getting darker

Could have been implantation bleeding everyone experience it differently.  Wait two or three days and test again it should be darker.
