Question??? PCOS and cervix

I was told that cyst on ovaries (PCOS) means that cervix sits higher by a friend? I'm due to come on period in 3 days? I'm nervous that this time I may be preggers. I went to the dr this morning and my dr was shocked that my cervix was high. Pregnancy test was negative. I'm confused lol
