My mum said I eat to much...
So I'm midway through teens, I eat a lot but the majority of its healthy and I only eat fatty foods when I'm bored or just gotten in from school. I wouldn't say I was fat or overweight, I'm not the skinniest girl but I've been like this since I was younger. How do I cut down eating so much?
