PCOS or AF playing games??

I started spotting mid Saturday and it was pink and a streak or two of bright red. It stopped last night but I'm still cramping like a full on period. I keep feeling like it starts and i go into the bathroom just to see I'm not even spotting now. Idk when was the last time I ovulated since I have pcos and gave up on opks until I start treatments. I took one when the spotting and cramps started and super negative. Is this just AF playing games with me or normal for PCOS?
