I would start earlier than Cd 10 if you have a normal cycle but if he doesnt have sperm count issues it will only help doing it more :)

Most Ob, and RE suggest every other day when TTC. Even if partner doesn't have sperm count issues. It still needs time to replenish/restore itself. If he's fine and you're fine every other day will be absolutely fine. We've conceived 3 times on every other day method.... Good luck and baby dust 👍🏽
